About us
Will was born in 2014 as Kinderlandia, a CoreCon initiative to provide care and education services with a focus on biblical values and principles, which also yearns to contribute directly and indirectly to the development of developing countries, becoming the seedbed from which generations of citizens highly committed to the development of the society around them emerge and can be part of the Impact initiatives in Costa Rica and the world.
We have awakened to take the impact we have had so far as KINDERLANDIA, to new levels of reach, we dream of an Institute from preschool to high school that intentionally instills principles and values that form the leaders of tomorrow, concerned about the welfare of the society around them and beyond, the societies of the world.
Our manifesto
1) We believe that the integral formation of leaders that transform their societies begins in early childhood, with the teaching of ethical and moral principles and values, which are fundamental in the educational process.
2) We believe that there is an opportunity gap that has not been addressed, the gap of being educated with a mentality of growth, leadership and entrepreneurship.
3) We believe that the number one education strategy is through practical and applicable example.
4) We believe in a proprietary educational model that encourages the child to discover his or her gifts, talents, interests and possibilities to put them at the service of society.
5) We believe in the need for a diversified education, not all children learn the same. If we take advantage of those differences we can discover the unique abilities and potential they possess.
6) We believe that the key is an innovative work team, highly committed to educating and loving each child.
7) We believe that children need direct and constant contact with nature and outdoor activities in order to have an integral development of their senses and cognitive abilities.
Objectives of our Institution
VANGUARDIST CURRICULUM: Continuous development of a curriculum that is capable of awakening and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and leadership mindset in students.
EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION: Breaking away from lecture classes to provide opportunities for learning in different ways to cultivate in students a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
EDUCATIONAL DIVERSIFICATION: We include in all educational programs activities and methods that encourage the discovery of interests, skills, and talents.
CULTURAL EXCHANGE WINDOW: International exchange programs with countries where our institution has expanded, to foster cultural exchange and eradicate racial stereotypes, enrich the outlook of each student and break the mental boundaries of opportunities.
