The world has entered a new revolution. Increasing technological innovation coupled with new social and environmental challenges demand a set of skills and abilities in the next generation that go beyond the traditional knowledge imparted. To be competent citizens, students need to develop skills that traditional education does not teach but the world demands. The world needs innovative leaders, with principles of integrity and an entrepreneurial spirit, flexible and determined to achieve purpose for the benefit of others and thus exploit their potential.

Preschool

Preschool education is the foundation where skills and abilities are built for life. We have 5 levels for child care from 3 months to 6 years.

Integral development

We make sure to develop the student in an integral way, focusing on 3 areas of human development to provide the tools, competencies, and mindset necessary for each child to become a citizen committed to his or her community and the world.

These areas of development allow the formation of the character and principles on which each person will face the challenges and changing circumstances of today's world. It is not about teaching them a recipe for success, it is about helping them to use what is available to them to innovate and create their own recipe, motivating them to live with purpose and exploiting their potential in everything they do.

Integral development focuses on the formation of GLOBALLY COMPETENT LEADERS with ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT who act and are guided by SPIRITUAL PRINCIPLES that give purpose and direction to their lives. When students are able to understand and make connections between a diverse set of knowledge and skills, they embark on the path to a more rewarding life and employment opportunities.

Entrepreneurial spirit

The world needs leaders with integrity and innovation. Every student has the potential to become the agent of change that their environment needs, for this reason at Will we offer them the tools and learning opportunities to become level 5 leaders, capable of self-leading and inspiring and influencing others towards a greater good. We focus on transmitting the skills and knowledge necessary to awaken an entrepreneurial spirit, fostering divergent ideas, and then integrating those ideas with resources and processes to make things happen in unique ways, and thus supply society with generations of future leaders and entrepreneurs that drive socio-economic development through successful business and impact initiatives. Three major pillars for this are Mindset / Innovation / Financial Education.

Global citizenship

Today it is a necessity to be globally competent citizens, this implies knowing how to integrate into different contexts and cultures. Through meaningful learning that can be applied to their lives in a practical way, each student will be allowed to go beyond their environment and expand to new scenarios. Our goal is to cultivate in each student an identity and civic responsibility that transcends geopolitical borders and turns them into globally competent individuals. The three main pillars for this are Synergy / Green Living / Human Skills.

Spiritual Intelligence

By learning to develop self-esteem and exploring their interests and talents, we teach each student fundamental principles that awaken in them a yearning to find meaning and purpose in life that contributes to society. We teach children that there is no separation between the intellectual life and the "spiritual" life. Children do not go back and forth between two worlds when they focus on God and then on their school subjects; there is unity between the two because both are God's and, whatever the children study or do, He is their continuous helper in all the interests, duties and joys of life. God is always with them. The three pillars that support that spiritual balance are: Impact / Love / Exploration.

    On July 9, our team received training to apply the emergency plan at the Educational Center in case of any eventuality.

    We define standards so that children can continue learning in the classroom, while we comply with the health measures issued by the Costa Rican Ministry of Health.
